Job Summary
Join our dynamic warehouse team as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate, where your energy and precision will drive our logistics operations forward! Duties

  • Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
  • Perform order picking using RF scanners and <PERSON> pickers to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Manage shipping and receiving tasks by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining inventory accuracy within the warehouse management system.
  • Conduct heavy lifting tasks while adhering to OSHA safety standards to prevent injuries and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with materials handling activities including stacking, palletizing, and organizing stock in designated areas.
  • Support warehouse supervision in maintaining safety protocols, including OSHA compliance and mechanical knowledge of equipment operation.
  • Collaborate with team members on load & unload operations, ensuring timely processing of goods while maintaining safety standards.

Experience

  • Proven warehouse distribution experience with familiarity in order picking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling.
  • Prior experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, or pallet jacks is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and order processing.
  • Experience working with OSHA safety regulations to promote a safe work environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues when needed.
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse setting is a plus but not required.
  • Construction or heavy equipment operation background can be advantageous for understanding mechanical systems involved in warehouse logistics. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
