Duties include but are not limited to:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, clients and other internal and external partners
- Manage managers and leaders’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make invoices, travel itineraries, and accommodation arrangements
- Monitor daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports
- Manage/oversee company events
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Follow up clients and team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- At least 3 years experience with calendar management, travel and itinerary management, business correspondence, meeting support, project management, and relationship management
- Excellent MS Office, Google Suite, and Canva knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle business files with confidentiality and discretion
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Computer Processor: At least i5, 5th generation for both primary and back up computers
- Computer Memory/RAM: At least 8.00 GB for both primary and back up computers
- Computer OS: Windows 10
- Internet speed must be running on a 20+ Mbps wired plan (at least 10 Mbps for back up connection)
