AI Content ModeratorRole Description We are seeking an AI Content Moderator to review, evaluate, and monitor AI-generated and user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies, community guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for maintaining content quality, identifying policy violations, supporting content moderation workflows, and contributing to a safe and trustworthy digital environment. The successful candidate will assess various forms of content, including text, images, videos, audio, and AI-generated outputs, to determine whether they meet established content standards. You will review flagged content, apply moderation guidelines consistently, identify harmful or inappropriate material, and take appropriate actions in accordance with company policies and operational procedures. Key responsibilities include evaluating content accuracy, detecting misinformation, hate speech, harassment, violence, spam, fraud, sensitive content, and other policy violations. You will analyze moderation cases, document review outcomes, escalate complex situations, and provide feedback that helps improve moderation processes, content quality, and AI system performance. The role also involves supporting AI model training and evaluation initiatives by reviewing content annotations, validating AI-generated responses, identifying moderation gaps, and contributing to the refinement of safety and quality standards. You will work closely with Trust & Safety teams, AI specialists, policy teams, operations personnel, and product stakeholders to ensure moderation decisions are consistent, fair, and aligned with organizational objectives. You will monitor emerging online risks, review policy updates, analyze moderation trends, and help improve operational efficiency through process optimization and continuous feedback. Success in this role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to make balanced decisions while handling large volumes of content in a dynamic environment. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Psychology, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Law, Social Sciences, Linguistics, or a related discipline. - Strong understanding of content moderation principles, community standards, platform policies, and digital safety practices. - Familiarity with AI-generated content, generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), and content governance concepts. - Ability to evaluate text, image, video, audio, and multimedia content objectively and consistently according to established guidelines. - Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with sound judgment. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify policy violations, content risks, and quality concerns accurately. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document moderation decisions clearly and professionally. - Familiarity with content review tools, moderation platforms, ticketing systems, or digital operations software is advantageous. - Understanding of misinformation, harmful content, online abuse, fraud, scams, hate speech, harassment, and platform safety risks. - Knowledge of responsible AI principles, AI safety, fairness, privacy, ethics, and regulatory considerations is beneficial. - Ability to maintain consistency while reviewing large volumes of content within established service levels and quality standards. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Ability to handle sensitive, graphic, or potentially disturbing content professionally and responsibly when required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools. - Ability to collaborate effectively with Trust & Safety teams, policy specialists, AI engineers, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. - Strong adaptability and willingness to learn evolving moderation policies, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. - Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards. - Customer-focused and quality-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to creating safe, respectful, and trustworthy digital environments. - Continuous learning mindset with an interest in digital safety, online communities, content governance, and emerging AI technologies.
