Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Site Manager with daily site operations
- Supervising subcontractors and ensuring works meet quality standards
- Supporting health & safety compliance across site
- Monitoring build progress and reporting on programme
- Helping maintain site standards and customer care expectations
Requirements:
- Experience working on residential housing developments
- Good knowledge of construction sequencing and quality standards
- SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred
- Ambitious, organised, and keen to progress to Site Manager level
