Position Overview
We are hiring a Level 2 Cisco Firewall Support Engineer to provide advanced operational support and configuration management for enterprise Cisco Firewall Environment.Key Responsibilities
• Configure firewall policies, NAT rules, and VPN connectivity• Troubleshoot advanced connectivity incidents
• Analyze logs and packet captures
• Support upgrades, patching, and maintenance

Required Qualifications
Basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)Strong firewall policy and NAT knowledge
Hands-on IPsec and remote access VPN experience
Packet analysis skills
Centralized firewall management experience
Preferred Qualifications
• CCNP Security/Enterprise• Automation exposure
• Change management experience
