Clinical Support Nurse

<p><strong>Clinical Support Nurse (RN) | Remote | Part-Time Contract</strong></p><p>💰 $40,000/year | 🕐 20 hrs/week (four-hour shifts, 5 days/week, including one weekend day)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About Asher Health</strong></p><p>Asher Health is a fast-growing, software-enabled Management Services Organization (MSO) partnering with gyms, med spas, chiropractors, and other wellness-forward businesses to bring medical weight loss and wellness solutions to communities across the U.S. We manage the clinical side — compliance, prescribing coordination, and patient care — so our partners can focus on helping people feel better in their bodies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>We're looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented RN to provide clinical support to patients via phone, messaging, and ticket-based workflows. You'll triage patient concerns, educate within your scope, de-escalate tough situations, and escalate cases to providers when needed — all while working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Triage patient messages and calls; assess symptoms, medication concerns, and adverse reactions</li><li>Provide medication education and guidance within nursing scope and approved protocols</li><li>Identify urgent/emergent symptoms and escalate appropriately</li><li>De-escalate frustrated or anxious patients with empathy and professionalism</li><li>Document all interactions accurately in a HIPAA-compliant ticketing system</li><li>Provide clinical coverage one weekend day per week</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Must-Haves</strong></p><ul><li>Active, unrestricted RN license (compact license a plus where applicable)</li><li>2+ years of clinical nursing experience</li><li>Strong triage, medication safety, and patient education skills</li><li>Experience with EHR/EMR systems</li><li>Experience communicating with patients by phone and written messaging</li><li>Comfortable working independently and making sound judgment calls within protocols</li><li>Available for four-hour shifts, 5 days/week, including one weekend day</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to Haves</strong></p><ul><li>Telehealth, digital health, or remote clinical support experience</li><li>Experience with GLP-1, hormone therapy, peptides, or other wellness treatments</li><li>Familiarity with compounded medications / 503A pharmacy workflows</li><li>Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms</li><li>Multi-state healthcare operations experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is a 1099 contract position and is not eligible for employee benefits unless otherwise specified.</p>
