Customs Clearance Specialist

About the Role Full-time contract, office-based work located in Dubai, Dubai Commercial City. Responsibilities - Manage import and export customs clearance, including documentation and system submissions - Ensure compliance with customs regulations and maintain standardized processes - Monitor bonded inventory and perform monthly reconciliation and analysis - Confirm HS codes for products and materials - Coordinate with customs authorities and stay updated on regulations - Support inspections and audits and resolve customs-related issues Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai customs clearance, preferably in Free Zone operations - Strong knowledge of Dubai Customs regulations and HS code classification - Proficient in customs declaration processes and Dubai Trade systems - Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills - CCE or CTLP certification is a plus - Fluent in Arabic and English - Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure - Immediately available preferred Benefits - Medical benefits - Paid time off - Generous employee discounts
