Dubai-Based Recruiter: Full-Cycle Sourcing

Swiss Connect Solutions is seeking a hands-on Recruiter in Dubai, UAE to join our growing recruitment consultancy. The role covers the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and CV screening to interviewing, reference checks and coordinating candidates through the process. You will source through LinkedIn, job portals and ATS databases, build pipelines, and manage multiple vacancies while meeting monthly targets. Experience in hospitality recruitment and UAE market knowledge are preferred.
