Assist with coordinating travel schedules and reservation information
Organize itinerary details, confirmations, and travel documentation
Review schedules and booking information for accuracy
Communicate with clients regarding travel dates, updates, and trip details
Coordinate with travel providers when changes or additional information are needed
Assist with rescheduling, updates, and special requests
Maintain accurate client and trip records
Follow up on outstanding scheduling and reservation details
Provide general administrative support related to travel coordination
Qualifications
