Job Title: Remote Customer Receptionist (Chiropractic Marketing Agency) – Part-Time

Location: Remote (Philippines Only)

Available Shifts

We are hiring for two identical Customer Receptionist positions. The responsibilities, pay, and requirements are exactly the same—the only difference is the work schedule.

Choose one of the following shifts:

Shift 1

  • Monday – Friday
  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST (8 hours/day)
Shift 2
  • Monday – Friday
  • 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST (8 hours/day)
Compensation
  • $500/month (paid bi-weekly)
  • Performance-based bonuses for appointments booked

Role Overview

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Customer Receptionists to handle inbound calls, qualify potential patients using a proven script, and book them into appointments for chiropractic clinics.

You will be the first point of contact for new le, so strong communication skills and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls from prospective patients
  • Follow a structured script to qualify le
  • Ask the right questions to determine eligibility and intent
  • Book qualified le into the clinic's calendar
  • Accurately input and update lead information in our systems
  • Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
  • Follow up with le when necessary
Requirements
  • Fluent in English (clear speaking and understanding)
  • Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or appointment setting is a plus
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and confident
  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Quality heet with a clear microphone
