Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
- BCom Accounting (essential)
- Articles highly advantageous
- 3-5 years' experience in a Management Accounting role
- Manufacturing industry experience is non-negotiable
- Strong inventory and stock accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Analyse financial performance and provide meaningful business insights
- Manage inventory accounting, stock reconciliations and valuation
- Perform variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Ensure accurate reporting of manufacturing costs and operational performance
- Partner with operational teams to improve efficiencies and profitability
