Part-Time Accountant

Job Overview KNH Information Technology LLC is looking for an experienced Part-Time Accountant to manage our complete accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Tally ERP and be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, VAT records, and management reports. Key Responsibilities - Maintain complete company accounts using Tally ERP. - Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments. - Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations. - Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance. - Generate Cash Flow Statements and General Ledger reports. - Prepare Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reports. - Monitor customer and supplier outstanding balances. - Maintain VAT records and prepare VAT reports. - Process payroll and salary entries. - Maintain fixed asset and inventory accounting records. - Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards. - Analyze business profitability, revenue, expenses, and cash flow. - Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide financial recommendations. - Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with UAE accounting standards. - Support management with financial planning and business performance analysis. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. - Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE. - Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP (Mandatory). - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas). - Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations. - Ability to prepare financial statements independently. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Experience - Experience in IT Trading, Technical Services, Construction, or Trading companies. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
