Production & Packaging Assistant

The Production & Packaging Assistant supports the production team with day-to-day preparationand packaging tasks, helping keep chocolate production and order fulfilment running smoothly.You work closely with the Head Chocolatier and Chocolate Makers, taking direction on dailypriorities and building your skills across both production and packaging.Production Support- Sort, prepare and process beans and ingredients ready for production, following guidancefrom the Head Chocolatier and Chocolate Makers- Support accurate completion of production records (bean intake sheets, lot numbers)under guidance- Assist with basic production tasks as directed, building skills over time- Keep production areas clean, tidy and organised throughout the dayPackaging & Stock- Package finished products to Meret's presentation and quality standards- Support stock rotation and organisation of packaging materials and finished goods- Assist with preparing online orders for dispatch- Flag low stock of packaging materials or ingredients promptlyCulture- Support a collaborative, high-performing production team culture, in line with companyvalues- Contribute positively to a craft-focused, detail-oriented working environment
