Role Description

This full‑time remote role is for a QuickBooks Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will handle day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, entering journal entries, reconciling accounts, and managing financial data using accounting software.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements
• Experience with accounting software and performing journal entries
• Solid understanding of financial principles
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Relevant certifications, such as QuickBooks Certification, are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
