Remote CRO Specialist — E-commerce Growth

Kitsch LLC is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to drive systematic optimization of our digital properties. You will own conversion metrics, prioritize experiments, and collaborate with Design, Development, and Merchandising to ship tests that move revenue.

You will leverage GA4, heatmaps, and session replay, delivering measurable improvements in CVR, AOV, and revenue per visitor, while maintaining accessibility and Core Web Vitals.
