Responsibilities
- Handle high volume of calls for various purposes.
- Provide guests with one‑stop visitor benefits expeditiously.
- Work within Resort Call Center frameworks and applications accurately and proficiently.
Essential Capabilities
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Ability to mirror an expert image while maintaining guest security.
- Maintain performance in a high‑speed and occasionally distressing work environment.
- Strong teamwork and self‑driven attitude.
Favored Capabilities
- Previous experience in the hospitality, client administration, or travel industry.
- Background in hotel, accommodation or travel industry education.
- Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
