Senior Steward

• Welcome and assist guests professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Ensure proper table setup, service, clearing, and resetting as per restaurant standards.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas, and restaurant premises.
• Guide and support junior stewards and trainees during service.
• Coordinate effectively with the Captain, kitchen, and other service staff.
• Handle guest queries and resolve basic service-related concerns professionally.
• Ensure adequate availability of crockery, cutlery, glassware, napkins, and other service items.
• Follow all restaurant SOPs, food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
• Support opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
• Assist during peak hours and ensure smooth service flow.
• Report stock shortages, equipment issues, and operational concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain a positive and professional working environment within the team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
