Service Desk Analyst: Linux & macOS | Autonomy & Growth

Methods is seeking a Service Desk Analyst with strong technical support experience across Linux and macOS environments. The role provides first-line and second-line support for users, devices, applications, access and connectivity issues, with emphasis on RM Linux and Apple platforms in a government/enterprise context.

The successful candidate will handle incidents, document resolutions, assist with device enrollment through MDM, and support security controls and account management, while
