• Conduct one-on-one video shopping consultations for website visitors on Jackery.com
• Help shoppers choose the right portable power station, solar panel bundle, and accessories

Requirements:

• 2+ years in retail/e-commerce or CE/outdoor/RV
• Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills
• Clear communicator over video/chat
