Looking for someone who is able to support the implementation, delivery and adoption of Mosaic within the council across children and adult services
Core Skills
- Knowledge and experience of Mosaic forms and best practices
- Knowledge and experience of reference data and the criticality of it
- Knowledge and experience of worker roles setup within Mosaic
- Knowledge and experience of workflow creation in particular, migration workflow
- Knowledge and experience of go live steps & post go live case pickup & progress
