Technical Writer (Fully Remote)

• Create and facilitate documentation for advanced AI and analytics products.
• Develop and test examples from configuration to complex business applications.

Responsibilities:

• Produce clear, accurate documentation complying with SAS writing guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in assigned product domains and leverage AI for content.
• Collaborate with product, development, and support teams to ensure usability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field with 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Markdown, DITA, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using AI for documentation and strong project management skills.
